Operation "Axis". After reaching a (verbal) collaboration agreement, members of the Dinara Chetnik Division peacefully pass by a motorised column of the German 114th Jäger Division, which takes a short break beside the road during its advance from Knin to Zadar. One of the testimonies of collaboration between the two divisions, which was continued in the following months as well, was left by the (revolted) Chetnik Lieutenant Jovan Pupavac, commander of the I Brigade, I Bosnian Krajina Corps (a quote from Pupavac's report to the corps commander on the reasons for his abandonment of the Dinara region): "After the fall of Italy, the Germans came to Dalmatia. The commander of the Dinara region, Pop Đujić, started collaborating with them, at first through Mane Rokvić, who came with them from Bosanski Petrovac. He later delegated his chief of staff, Captain Novak Mijović, to the headquarters of the German 114th Division. The men became a German militia, receiving rations, ammunition and weapon supplies from them. The Germans gladly accepted the Chetnik collaboration..."

Operacija "Osovina".
