A conference regarding the X-ray examination of the (ethnic German) population in the Banat. The ethnic German leader, Dr Sepp Janko, speaks (in the background, an SS orchestra waits for its turn to perform). The room is covered with swastika flags, and the stage is supplemented with pagan symbols: the Man rune (life), on the sides, and, at the central spot, the Odal rune with sword and wheat ears (blood and soil), the symbol of the Banat Germans.
